Thompson Family

This from Rich Cummings: The tombstone for ? Thompson 1874 to 1880 is Maggie Jane Thompson. She died during the cholera epidemic. Her parents were Robert Thompson and Ann Leas Thompson who died in 1909. His headstone is shown and her death certificate says she is buried in Mt Lebanon Cemetery. Thompsons’ parents, John and Jane Thompson, owned most of the land surrounding Glenbury Street in Fairhaven and the owned the granite mine on that street. Robert donated land for the first Fairhaven Methodist Church on Glenbury Street for which I am historian.
